Finally broke down and bought a python,wasnt much faster but alot easier than hauling buckets.

I love mine. It makes water changes a breeze. But the plastic piece that connects the sink to the hose is usually the first thing to go.

i like mine but i hate it all the same im going to be switchen to rubber maid containers and a transfer pump so i can get the water right berfore i put it in the tank gooda you are right the plastic always goes

I just add the water very slow, and use the declhor as I do

Nothing is worse than haulin heavey buckets of water that are only going to spill as you fill you tank with them. The python is a good investment.

i dont mind the bucket use gives me some exercise.....lol.....maybe i should invest in a python system
