dont know about that, eats like a pig..very girthy..They remind of a Trout on roids and in the saltwater relm a bluefish.....dorados can bend a treble hook..There head is all skull, i mean a thick skull.....

How'd you make that work? I heard they usually hate pbass? lol

West as far as I know only one true species of Dorado..

he hated pbass at first then now his fine.........salminus max is the only and true GOLDEN DORADO!!!!

my old dorado was a mean bastard. harrassed my armatus and orino non stop. you'll be seeing a lot of this bro.

Agree with everything that has been said. I have owned all three and dorado are much more active than the other two. They basically swim non stop. I would rate them as more agressive than both as well. They will eventually outgrow a 300 gallon. Damn you guys got me wanting a dorado again.
