Q on bio spira

Tetra bought Biospira and relabeled it "Safestart". It is no longer a refrigerated product and supposedly is shelf stable. This means that Bio Spira is no longer useable. It's junk, just like the rest of the off the shelf cycling products.

The company that owns marineland actually bought tetra. They also bought another company, and bio-spira has been re-released under two names, one is tetra, and the other escapes me now. Supposedly they did not change the product. Bio-spira has always been shelf stable for a time being, but at some point they discovered it has a very long shelf life.
