Our Singapore's TOTO. The CID gambling suppression branch do not allow us to piggy ride on the TOTO system. So we need to change it to a lucky draw kind of system already.
 
:( The date and time of the drawing will be announced 1 week after all 50 tickets have been selected.

To Win, you must be present (in person) at the Imperial Palace on the announced date and time of the drawing. If you are not present you hereby forfeit your opportunity to win any of the 3 prizes.

All qualifing participants present will have their name and number dropped into a raffle container. After the tickets have been thoroughly mixed, the 1st name drawn will win the Grand Prize. The 2nd name drawn will win the 2nd prize. The 3rd name drawn will win the 3rd prize.
