Hey guys 7 inch RTG for sale approx price is 338USD 18,000INR from qian hu farm
How's the price?
I have never kept arowana before?
Is it worh it?
I have tank of 7X2x2.5 (LxBxH) feet with ehim 2217 and 300 watt heater(Heater is rarely needed here) and one air pump some sponge filter and air stones bare bottom

Since u r in Qian hu, u should cross over to rainbow farm. They r having sale now. Above 8" RTG should be S$200+. Above 8" Banjar red arowana for less than S$150.

Sorry i don't want to sound or be a wet rag.. ask yourself if you are ready for an aro first.. aros (any fish) need a lot of dedication.. money is not an issue.. 18k is def big money here(anywhere in india).. but thats just the start.. if you are confused.. give it some time and save the money or spend it wisely. research if you have not and read the stickies.. if you are looking at this as a business.. rearing and selling when the fish gets bigger.. ignore me.. all the best.. cheers :)

I'd say it's a good price. Ideally for Arowana a 3ft or 4ft wide tank would be the best. These fish grow over 24" in a couple years so if your tank is 24" wide your fish is going to find it hard to turn around. I have a 24" RTG in a 8ft 28" 28" I wish my tank was 3ft wide so he could turn around more easily - everytime he turns it is like a double decker bus trying to get around a tight corner. 7ft 2ft will be fine while the fish is growing. I'v herd long tanks can spook Juvenile Arowans it is better to put a divider in while they grow a bit
