Quality of TFH recently?

had subscription as gift for a yr. Hit or miss. Some had tons of stuff id be in to, other id breeze thru and wish it was the next month after bout 15 mins
 
I have a year, some good some not so good, just depends on the month I guess. Less talk about cichlids, which bummed me out. I saw the artical with jeff. It was interesting. But I don't think I'll be getting another year.
 
I have been wanting to get a copy of TFH. I looked in all types of stores within 75 to 100 miles from my home. You'd think I'd be able to find one or two copies somewhere. I can't even find a copy at my LFS.

There is a magazine distributor who comes into my local pharmacy and puts up all kinds of magazines. I have submitted special requests for the TFH publication. It's been an on going issue with me for at least 3 to 4 months, trying to get 1 issue of TFH. You'd think they'd have some in by now.

I've never had the opportunity to read a copy, so I figured I get a copy or two just to see what the TFH publication is like. But from reading everyones posts on this thread, I'm not real sure if it's worth the hassel of trying to get it in my local pharmacy or not. I guess if I was into both FW and SW tanks, I'd find it helpful. Maybe it's not as good as some people make it out to be. I'll just continue to search on my own for a store which sells it, purchase a few copies and make up my own mind.

just want to reiterate, you can get it sent to you digitally . . . it's the exact same magazine, just as an e-mail . . . and at 1/2 the price :D
