Queen Arabesque or Gold Nugget?

Im thinking of getting one of these.

But cant decide on witch one.

I heard the Arabesques are mean and will kill other plecos. Is that true? I cant find it saying so anywhere else on the net.

Also, i want somthing that would spend alot of time on the driftwood eating off it, what would be a better choice?

P.S. I also have alot of plants with sand...
 
I like the Arabesque.
 
Over here in MI Arabesques are cheaper, plus I think they look better than the GNs so I would go with the Arabesque.

Ha stupid question. Join the L260 legion. A lot of people find them easier to care for, and in my opinion better looking. If anything it is the GN's that will kill other plecos, not the arabesques, they are quite docile and have kept them with a number of different species.
 
This is going to be purely personal opinion. As to eating off the wood, neither species will do this.

I lost 3 nuggets until I finally got it right. Trouble is, I don't know what I did differently. A "clean" arabesque is a wonderful sight. Mine tend to be a little rough with other plecos, but never cause any damage. -Andrew
