Where are you in Socal? I go to San Diego frequently to visit family, possibly I could pick up your fish if you do not wantto ship the fish.

I'm sorry, but the pleco sold immediately. It turned out turned out to be female per a unanimous vote amongst members spanning 3 fish forums, and she got a first class trip to Boston, Mass to join an established breeding colony. G/L with establishing your breeding colony, and we'd all love detailed updates as you go along. Thanks. :)

This is probably the wrong place to share this story.

I bought a Queen Arabesque pre-ban for $60. She was wild caught, happy, healthy, and beautiful. The day before the ban went into effect she stared acting strange, darting around the tank. I did a 50% water change on the 29g planted community she was in in response.

The very next day, the day the ban went into effect, she stopped her odd behavior and died. I had her for a year and a half with no problems. No other fish were affected. She was too pretty to do a necropsy.

The most beautiful fish I have ever owned died of unknown causes at exactly the wrong time. It was my worst day of fishkeeping. Ever.

You know I would not be surprised if he would be interested in all three of them. I'll shoot this buy him before handing out any info, but he breeds several different species. I think he's pretty dedicated to this.

interesting we both live in Boston and both breed plecos, but have not heard of each other.I am only working with 30 kinds atm, lol.

Do you ship fish? I am also interested in L46 Zebra Plecos, L134 Leopard frog plecos as well as your L260 Queens. If you do ship please get back to me with description & prices.

I have a queen arabesque. I have had it for about 6 or 7 years. I am pretty sure it was wild caught, as that's what I tend to buy.
I don't know if it is male or female. I guess I need to do some more research.
