question about 2 green terrors

i bought 2 of them about 2 months ago they looked the same but now one has really dark eyes a dark line going from head to fin and not as much orange on tail and fins now the other one is getting this beautiful greenish color orange on tail and fins and his head is getting bigger. why the difference?

First pic is a nice male, never seen that barring go that far down before in your other pics. I have seen that kind of barring just in the head area of a stressed GT.

i've never seen a gt that barred up either, sometimes it's caused from stress

i have seen the male the nice one chase the other one constantly the weird one is usually hiding in a cave now only comes out when i walk by.

what should i do? and is it safe to say the other is a female?
