Not necessarily, could be one stressed out male. Not seeing the coloring on the face that would tip it off to be female.

i don't have any other tanks :/ and not sure if they would i'de have to find out from them.

Well, what size tank and what are the other tankmates? Also how is the tank aquascaped?

Might have some success by adding dithers/target fish and rescaping your tank and making it have a lot of decor that can bright the line of sight.

i have a 90gal with sand a couple of plants 2 big caves tank mates are 2 iredecent sharks and 1 fish that was given to me by my father no clue what it is.

The sharks get way too big for a 90g, a pair of GTs could work out in that tank size but you might want to toss a picture up of the unknown fish, maybe someone can ID it for ya.

Course, I'm not sold that your second fish is a female GT.
