Dear all,
All of abino CK breeding in Thailand.
Several years ago, the first lot of abino CK that sold in the Thailand are without spot with very very high price, it was sold in the name of "Albino chitala lopis". That because chitala lopis is rare fish and can up very higher price than chitala oranata. Actually abino CK have both with spot and without spot. Then next year the breeder released spot abino CK to the market. It was make everyone in Thailand known that we never have the true abino chitala lopis in this world. We have only abino CK but some fish may spotless.
It is not easy to find spotless abino CK now because nowday almost juv was come from parent with spot, I think. Thus spotless abino CK still rare and more expensive than spot albino CK.

Thanks Hao i have not seen one with yellow spots. But lucky i manage to select this piece from a export centre with the most spot as it was not easy to choose as they used a big net and scoope all from a fiber tank, for me to select all jumping as they are under stress and the spots becomes lighter.
Saw some bigger ones but only a few spots each side. :(
If it is in a glass tank than is easier to see any yellow spots ones maybe.:)

I have >2 ft abino CK in pond at my hometown, I tried to catch but not finished.
Last year I sold my 2 18" Albino becase I not enough tank for my emperor and I heard my freind can breed them a lot too!

First pic is albino Notoprtus, it can breeding too but not so much. It is not poppular because a small size and more aggressive than abino CK.
Second pic is short body abino CK (effect from inbreeding). May have spot I can not decided form only one shot picture. Light & angle may can not show its spot.
Third pic, normal price in Thailand not over 100USD for 18" fish.
