Been meaning to ask this. How come there's 2 different kind of black aro tail? Thanks.

yeah, depends on the age. or maybe just coz of genetic uniqueness. just like your aint the same as mine but your still human right?

These are the tails I'm talking about. I saw them in full grown too.

different genes man or maybe theres a subspecies but i doubt it just dna!!!!

Just different color variants I think. Look at all the different colors of asian aros, even though they're all one species, scleropages formusus.

i see what you mean i think it just differs from fish to fish. the samr way aros have differnt body and head shape from fish to fish ever though their the same species

only way i know to tell aro sex is to see them breeding or after when the big boy has the eggs in house mouth

yeah black aros have only 1 type of body and tail...

the 2nd pictures made it looks like the 3 parts of the tail become one...i'm sure it still 3 separate parts..
