Question about my marulioides

These are 2 my malasian maruliodies, size 9-10". In this size I never see white scales or flower a lot like these. Or I misunderstand? Pls comment.
If it bigger, it more beatiful?

Oleoleole..nice maruloides u hv there. with flowers begining to " bloom " at that size i can predict it'll be be a beauty when it attained 1' plus. post more pics..maruloides r my my top fav fish
 
wow, 9 to 10 inchs, so nice, their spot started tom appear....!!!

how long have u been keeping them ???

I keep its 6 from 3-4" last year (don't remember the month) because price not too expensive. The most beatiful dead this New year (I don't know why?), the others 3 flowers not so much like these.

And murulioides is my most fav fish too...
