yup, i was wondering why not since i even left it in front of him along with the freeze-dried he took the freeze-dried and left the raw alone. I just gave the rest of the chopped raw shrimp to my bichir

Maybe for some reason it doesant identifys it with food. Dont forget to use the freeze dryed ones only as a ocasional treat, they are very poor in nutrients

Yes thank you for the tip coura, i only used the freeze-dried to get him to eat, from now on i'll stick with the reptomin and mazuris as pellet foods since he started eating them

You can also ad chicken ,turkey, trout, slugs ,worms, crickets, snails,etc
