Question about Paid Time Off

i start my new job friday.

i realize leaving without notice is a big nono.
I'm not stupid, i just cant stand it/him anymore.

Doesn't matter. When I got my current job, I needed a level Secret security clearance. The Government called up people who I haven't seen or spoken to in about 15 years.


You never know what the future will hold. Don't burn any bridges, it isn't worth it.

anyways back to original question.
yahoo answers search revealed only so many states arent required to pay off pto.
maryland isnt one of them, you got it & my old boss who was fired from petco got it.
think its safe to assume petco is just one of those companies who do pay it off?

No, it isn't safe to assume anything. Call HR.

Like I posted earlier you should call Petco's HR department for their policy

In this economic climate I would not be so sure that they would pay it off, unless there is legislation on the books. Do the smart thing and contact their HR as others have said.
