Question about POO

Hey guys i just got home yesterday from college for spring break and this morning i wake up and throw some food in for my trimac. Hes acting fine and eating well but I look at him while he is taking a poo and his poo in the beginning is white and string then it just turns tho the normal brown solid. So i know this isnt normal and im wondering if it is an eternal parasite or something like that if anyone has had any problems with something like this? Thanks

What was he fed? Alot of times freeze dried foods will produce poo that looks different.

i feed him hikari cichlid staple, but from time to time I throw cucumber in with him for the pleco and im starting to think he eats it as well

Keep an eye on it. If it stays the same I probably wouldn't worry. If it looks worse get some of that liquid garlic that you're local pet store should offer. You add doses of it to his food and then feed him. It will clean his system out really well!
