Question about quarantining new arrivals

I take my sweet time with quarantining new fish, 6mos+. It doesn't even feel like a qt process o me , but rather just having another fish tank. The truth is probably I'm just too lazy and procrastinate on having to move the fish out of qt and having to break down the qt tank

my tanks are paired with equipment. a set designated for two tanks, and also a seperate set for my hospital tanks just in case.

I give all my tank shared equipments/tools a diluted bleach bath after usage, but I also have some specific tank dedicated equipments/tools
