question about size difference

i got an 8" waiting for me at an LFS. at much more manageable size difference for 20 bucks. even exchange for some of the fish i am getting rid of! now to just wait and see what he eats.

cool! at least you're getting one. too bad you can't handle the larger one...oh well.

it'll be fine w/ the p's (at least for a long while) but they don't grow as fast

the way he said this made it seem like he thought i was crazy. i think that is a manageable size difference. i guess ill just watch.

I wouldnt risk it.

Just give it some time. Wont take the cichla long to grow and get another few inch on it

IMO a 14" lima cant swallow a pbass more than 4".
