i also go to the mexican markets or asian and get killer deals on smelt and shrimp just talk to them they will usually bargain with you

I buy 6 pounds of shrimp for about 38$ I'm in contact with a few wholesellers now and trying to work some deals with them....

like I said....., go fishing where you know that you will come home with a big catch......, fillet-em-up......., and ur good to go..... free is better than cheap.....

same hear i go to iceland super market and buty the cheap frozen peeled prawns £2 per bag sometimes it buy one get one free

well if i would drive 50 miles.. i would save atleast $2per LB.. that would mean i would save over $200
