Hard to say.....they company might lay people off anyways and just get people to give up their bonuses to put more money in the pockets of the upper echelons of power? I could be right.

OR they could be telling the truth, if this is the case, I would waive my bonus to help out those who could lose their jobs.

OR you could take your bonus, and when someone who needs their job loses it, or is just making ends meet, make a nice jesture, do something nice for them in the holiday spirit.
 
How many people can get a job right now?? Let's hear it?? How many that have already answered take the bonus and watch others get layed off have looked for and been interviewed for a job in the last 6 months???

I have been putting out my Resume for 6 months and actively looking for work!! NO ONE IS HIRING.... Form people I have seen on the street lately.. You have to know someone just to get hired at McDonalds right now!!


I met a guy last week and he became homeless due to a similar situation.. Excellent work history.. Longtime employee( More than short 14 months). And Everything is lost now...

I have been with my company for over 8 years.... And continue to stay employed... Our crews are lean as they get... But still... With all my Awesome resume stats... No interviews...
 
Bonus was guaranteed. That means you are supposed to get it! Treat it like part of the pay. If the company is in trouble, then they are intouble regardless of your wifes bonus.
