Question for those that have Multiple tanks in one room

My fish room is my basement with a linolium covered concrete floor.

Same here but without the linoleum,good idea though.The best thing about my tanks location is the drain in the floor right in the center of the room.

Well my fish room is a little empty right now, I only have a 10 gal, and a 29 gal in there (just started it) The 29 gal I think I am going to put a pair of Rainbow cichlids in. I am going to slowly add tanks to my fish room. I am thinking a 55, 75, and then maybe a 300. I have other tanks around the house though.
