As far as the nail polish.... I don't paint them often anymore cause I swim 2/3 days a week in training and they get chipped easily after being in the water. But I was just worried the one day cause I painted them for a wedding I went to and was going to do tank cleaning the next day and was worried they the polish might somehow affect my levels.
