Pour freshwater in it.
Done.

You probably want to remove the skimmers and sell them, put some media in the sump somewhere. Oh, wait those look like two biowheels, so it probably does have biological filtration.

Won’t be hard to convert to fresh, but the cycle will take a while. You just have to kill off all of the saltwater bacteria and microorganisms, then that die off will cause massive spikes. Once they go down it will be good as new though.

i wasn't sure if everything could switch straight over to fresh, obviously it would have to do a whole new cycle I just thought that if I can get it at a good enough price I could use it for fresh im not interested in trying salt yet

Looks like they just didn’t want to put an actual price yet so they just did 123456789, and managed to switch 8 and 9.
Or it’s one nice tank.
Most of the equipment can be used in fresh, but stuff like skimmers just aren’t necessary.

I think they're selling their house, hence the fish tank's going too. Problem is they've got the prices mixed up. That means that somewhere, somebody's licking their lips looking at a house for sale for about $50! Lol.
