you get rid of what looks like duck weed it just keeos coming back.

1) keep netting it out as soon as you see it
2)buy a goldfish to eat it
3) keep your nitrates as low as poss which is real fun trying not to kill your other plants!

i had recurrent duck weed and it took a few weeks of scrupulous netting ans cleaning but it hasn't come back (fingers xd)

I went with number 1. Took a long time but eventually disappeared.
