question on helping fish fins heal

the fins all came back- just the bone in the fin didnt so there is a v shape in the middle

This is only my opinion... Not sure that it will grow back only because at this point it is healed..
At the time it happend, did you add anything to help it heal?
That my have been the only opportunity you had to recover a full fin...

i just added salt- it wasnt even a bad wound, i figure it would be perfect in a few days.
