question on new tiles

I like this idea.
Snails, maybe pond or MTS can get into the crevices, particularly when they're little. That or kuhli loaches. Or little (ghost or cherry) shrimp.
That or a power-head shooting along the bottom to minimize dead-spaces.
What's the stock list?
A

I'd think they're big enough that tiny fish/shrimp shouldn't get 'et. Start with ghost shrimp 'cuz they're cheap, though cherries might be better as they breed well and are tiny. Snails would be the easiest, but would be tough to control once they got established.

well yeah i intended to if people thought this was an ok idea.

the only reason I dont wanna leave any gaps really is because they are an inch deep tiles so its quiet far down for waste to fall even though the gaps are very small.

an inch?! aint that too much for a tile? try finding something along the lines of 6mm will be easier to do matanance as well... and black sand wud do very well....

I like the look of the thicker tiles I just wanted to know if there was a way around my problem, I do not plan to get rid of the tiles
