$500 for the 210 is good, but make sure it holds water first and really check the silicone - I'd offer him $400 and see if he would come off the price a bit. Its always worth a shot, I just talked a dude down to $300 on a 125, $200 less than what he was asking! $400 max for the 125.
American prices are crazy I picked up a used glass 108gal for £60 no stand or lid just tank. Silicone cost about £5 to do reseal so all in worked out about 100$
No i got a really sweet deal on the 125. It was brand new & came with stand, glass lids & light fixture. The light fixture is pretty cheap but I'm not complaining. The guy had just bought the set-up then broke his leg at work. By the time his leg healed, he had lost interest in the hobby & never set it up.
