question regarding lionfish

i am thinking about getting a lionfsh for my tank.which species is the hardiest and easiest to wean of live food.tank size is around 55 gallons.thanks

All of them are quite hardy and will eat pretty much any large chunks of marine flesh. I agree though that your tank is too small to keep a lionfish for a long time unless you get a dwarf.

Up to 6 inches or so.
 
I have a dwarf zebra in a 55 and it works well. Switching him over to frozen food was more difficult than my Volitans, but not that much worse.
