He should do the divider not a sunken 20 gal. That oscar wouldnt be easy at all to feed or even siphon the crap out of his tank if hes in that 20 gal.

tell him to get rid of some fish if hes that attached to the 2inch oscar. honestly i think hes just trying to justafiy keeping more fish.
