question with water parememeters help please.

Slow down and read the directions and re-test. If you do not mix the solution #2 for 60seconds before placing the 10 drops in the vial and then shake it for 60 more seconds, it will never read right. -------------when all else fails read the directions.

This is good, though it seems you still have a problem.

since all my tanks came out to 0 amonia 0 nitrite and 0 nitrate and i have one that my fish are alwasy gasping for air (goldfish)

What type filtration are you using on this tank? What is the size and stock of the tank?
