Is anyone here familiar with Indiana law regarding the giving away free, fish not native to Indiana, which did not come from any state under a VHS ban, are not federally or state protected, and will not be for resale.

Indiana is very accommodating to native fish aquarists generally speaking.

What fish, where is it being transported and what will be done with it are the important questions.
