in front of my cichla tank,IL
dont know wat to do the monos seem to be getting bigger and bigger and orinos the same size and now im starting to get a lil scared cuz it looks like my monos could posibly go after my orinos cuz the orinos r about 6-7 and the mono is like 8-9 posibly and when i see the biggest mono chasing the smallest orino around i get a lil worried cuz it looks like the orino could fit in his mouth so i was thinking about selling the 2 monos. they r like 7.5-9ish or so really nice looking monos. how much can i get for them at that size? heres a few pics like from a month or so ago

Wild caught peru?

Nice looking Monos...But it all depends how much they go for where your from. At the size their at i would try to get $30-$40 each at 8-9 inches and are they wild or farmed? Orinos are tough so they hold there own pretty well. Wait when they get about the same size the tables will turn and the Orinos will be the ones doing the beatings.

You get about $100 if you were in Australia..

orinos are one of the slowest growers out of all pbass, i would be patient, as long as their fins are not torn up, i wouldn't worry about it, its just normal pbass behavior

Just keep them well fed. Keeping cichla is like keeping pitbulls. If they grow up together they probably wont kill each other, but there will be "disagreements" from time to time. As long as they have full bellies you shouldnt have a problem with predation. Also your Monos growth is about to slow down quite a bit, and the Orinos will start to catch up.
