question!

What type of a catfish or other bottom feeder could i keep in my 40 gallon tank to clean algae off the bottom? the tank only has one jack dempsey in it.

A small pleco mabey , like bristle nosed , clown plec , golden nugget ect ,,... google small plecs there some nice ones.

This is because there is a few types of golden nuggett, cant remember which l numbered got the bigger out of them

well i went to the LFS and picked a up a pleco...but it wasn't labeled so i have no idea what species it is, i have room if he does get to be huge so it really doesnt matter but yeah i got one.

Maybe... some plecos grow to be 24" long...
