I just got a new silver aro. Has anyone ever fed their aro beefheart? Is it safe?
 
At desperate times, i got my Aro to eat Hamburger, chicken (cooked) i was in shock. and many other things i found including beetles, moths, grasshoppers, worms, krill, pellets, my aro ate pleco pellets that are white... then my aro tried to eat my tiger shovelnose... then they both got sick off of lfs feeders, learnt my lesson and now i breed feeders! IT s DEF not healthy for the fish to eats lots of most of the items i listed, just desperate times call for desperate measures... Worms work well tho!
 
Tru, but not everything goes to plan.. ease off me. It worked didint it>

did ya get the burgers from Mcdonalds or the Burger King:grinno:

I used to keep my Silver in my Discus tank, i feed my discus beefheart on a regular basis and my aro would eat beef heart too if I let him, I no longer feed it to him he is now in a diffent tank. I don't know if red meat is good or not, but I have found with my red bellies it pollutes the tank more then any other food.
