I have a 46 Bow front Salt. I have 2 Powerheads Whisper 40 and 2 Large Freedom Filters. Is that good and a 190 Watt Coralife Compact. Is that good or should I add more?. And is there a such thing as the water being 2 clean?

You should be getting a protein skimmer, and ditching some of those filters IMO. Your nitrate levels will be VERY high. How much live rock do you have, and how deep is your substrate?
I have 50lbs of rock and sand is 4 inches deep. The Freedom Filters have an Protein Skimmer so I have 2 on my tank.
