I buy a combination of their sticks myself, earth worm sticks , Ken's Premium Spirulina ,brine shrimp sticks , cichlid sticks , Color sticks I ussually buy a pound of each just so I have enough for a long while and mix them in a clean coffee container and mix them up good and your good to go .
my little orino's eat his 2 mm growth pellets also but it took a couple days but its 50% protein and I am seeing some Nice growth on them but I also feed them frozen black wrorms
