We have a 72 gallon freshwater tank. We are interested in getting a teacup ray. Wondering what you might suggest for a breed and if it is at all possible. We currently have african cichlids in the tank. Also are we able to have a ray in the same tank as our cichlids?

Sorry, your tank is too small for any ray.

Also, no ray would survive with African cichlids.

Go on over to the Stingray board and read up if you really want a ray.

:welcome: to MFK!

I moved your thread here as it pertains the stingrays. Good luck!

sorry man, your tank is way to small
Also cichlids get the bad habit of biting at the rays eyes

all around no as others have said... but Welcome to MFK :)
