  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hi is only filling it 2/3way fill. It will have only small community fish, no big mean cichlid's like me.

If it’s already drilled with threaded bulkheads, I’d recommend going with a sump. Look on Craigslist for a used 29, 30, 35, 40, or 55. Then, just plumb it up and put a pump in. For bio, you can just throw in a bunch of lava rock. For mechanical, I’d recommend going with filter socks. You don’t even need any baffles. It will be way better filtration and not that hard to do.

If it helps I have two acrylic sumps (70 gal and 60 gal) that are dirt cheap and am about 10 mins north of OP. I won't be using either sump. I even have bulkheads to replace what's there now. Hit me up man, I have tons of gear. Jexnell Jexnell

Ugh lord only knows the goodies you have laying around. Your neighbors are lucky haahaha

I am in an Apartment, so worry about the weight. That why I decided on canisters and hob's instead of sump. The tanks are running across the floor joint not along to spread weight over as many as we can. Also along outside walls or on top of footing.

Cool, if you change your mind don't be afraid to drop me a PM. Happy to help

I am looking for some plugs to fill the holes it has.

Long story short, the 125 is mine now, so the residents of my 55 will be moving into it.

The roommate found this beautiful 100gal TruVu acrylic. We are going to get it today. Will post pics when its here. So that will be his community tank, 40 bowfront for the African Butterfly. Then will sell off the 75gal with built in sump and my 55.

Plugs for 1" bulkheads? I have x4 1" schedule 80 plugs from bulk reef supply you can have. Don't think I have any in 1.5" left though.
