Does anybody have an opinion on a good fish that reproduces quickly so I can have a replenishing feeder population?

Guppies but you will need many pairs. Goldfish they produce mass numbers.

I have fed several needle nose gars years ago by breeding guppies. I purchased 1000 online and they fed the gars for years as long as you fed 80 percent males and save the females. I also kept two separate stocks in 100 gallon tanks to keep the genetics varying. That was a problem that i ran into. Liveaquaria has feeder guppies. Contact them for a mass purchase.

Mozzie cichlids

I bought my son about 15 guppies and 15 mollies and his tank is infested with the now they breed like mad!!!!

I have red eared sliders and I had wanted to breed my own feeders so I bought two male and four female guppies and they bred the next day and I grew out 60 really beautiful fancy guppies then I just sold them instead of feeding them and I kept like 8 so I had a breeding line of guppies so I would do that its the easiest thing to do but I recommend waiting until you have multiple breeding lines of guppies until feeding them to the turtle because that way you can have many breeders so you can have an assembly line basically but just keep a number of the guppies (around 10) from every batch pick the best ones and you're good but feed the others or sell them
