i agree. just make shure the test kits arent expired, i had an expired ammonia tast kit that constantly read .25ppm. man that caused me alot of prime and time doing unnecesary WC's.

lol I was wondering why my test strips have been reading .25 lately! Seriously, I have the same problem.


Someone mentioned biospira... my LFS doesn't carry it anymore. They said the manufacturer stopped making it & instead had some other stuff kept out on the shelf. Is that stuff as good? It's not being kept refrigerated. I know I've seen this mentioned once before somewhere on this board & no one wanted to trust the new stuff but I don't think anyone had tried it yet.
