quick question..

I just introduced 2 Oscars and a JD to my 125g last week. All my readings are normal regarding parameters and I do 50% water changes every Friday. Last night I came home and found the fins of one of the Oscars and the JD to be split and looking kind of ragged. The only other fish in the tank is a pleco. The other Oscars fins look fine, should I be concerned? I haven't fed any live foods only Hikari....

live foods arent always a good thing, this is common behaviour for cichlids, thats from fighting most likely, you most probably will witness a lot worse. any pics?

I agree...most likely from them fighting to establish dominance of the tank.
