Quick question

Is it safe to use Melafix and Fungus cure at the same time? I have a fish with an open wound from fighting that developed a bit of fungus. I already have the fungus cure in and it is looking good but would like to heal up the wound.

Melifix will work with anything because it's not a med. But I would still water change before using it. It'll work better

Well the fungus cure hasn't been I the tank for the recommended period yet. I guess I could do 50 percent and then add half a pack of Fungus cure along with the Melafix. Was planning on doing a Wc tomorrow night.

A little aquarium salt wouldn't hurt.

I would use the FG with out the Melafix. If you want to add anything use 1 tablespoon of aquarium salt per 5 gallons of water.

That is what I ended up doing. The fish is a Wild H. psittacus so I am trying to be really careful with the water.
