I need a divider real soon for my 75 gal tank. They dont sell any for that size tank in petsmart or and LFS nearby. So I need the quickest, cheapest, and easiest way to make one.

plexiglass is the way to go! Fish can fit though the holes in the egg crate. cut the plexiglass for proper fitting and drill holes on the plexi so there is water circulation.
Go to lowes and ask for it, then you just cut to fit with sissors

Egg crate, it will be with the drop ceiling materials at Lowes, or HD. If your fish are smaller than about 1" they my be able to squeeze through it.
How about filter foam? I've bought it from Swiss Tropicals [http://www.swisstropicals.com/Poret Filter Foam.html] and he advertises sheets as large as 39" square in a variety of densities.
Egg crate=light diffuser. Like previous poster said, you can find it readily at Home Depot or Lowes. I cut my with a jigsaw (probably an easier/better way to do it)
Plexi. Its long lasting. Looks clean. The thin stiuff can be cut and grazzed with an exacto knife and snapped to size.
