quiet filter for 180

my sump on my 240 is quieter than my sunsun and fx5. it makes noise when it is time to change the filter sock.

I was going to say this! In my 200 gallon with sump is dead quiet literally my 10 gallon fry tank is louder.
My filter floss gets clogged and makes some water noise but its faint and thats when I need to change it. My 10 gallon fry tank is over filtered with sponge filters hence why its loud with the damn bubbles.

either that or build your own sump. mine is quiet. just dont build a moving bed filter sump. that is like the louded thing in the world.

it's like having your very own mini-niagara fall in your house with those moving beds.

+1 moving beds are nice because they are self cleaning. The cost of media and cost per month to run it is more then other media's.
