It's a good idea to take the quiet ones apart and clean the impeller and magnet/housing every 4 or 5 months to keep them quiet and working the way they should. I did have one that didn't restart but it's because I let crap build up in it. Once I cleaned it, it was perfect again.

thanks for all the info, im going to get the quite on 1200. now i just need to find a place that sells pot scrubbers cause all the places ive been dont
