Is quickwall rocking horse stuff the name of the product because I can't find any info on it.

Quickwall appears to be a surface bonding cement found at local hardware stores.

I mean you can't find it anywhere quikrete quikwall is something people use to make aquarium hardscapes

I have used Quikwall surface bonding cement for building real rock backgrounds for my tanks. It works great but it does have fiberglass strands in it to reduce cracking in normal use. Once the pH was reduced through soaking the background prior to installation, I have had no problems whatsoever with the product. It accepts concrete tint well, otherwise it dries very white and does show some of the strands when dry.
