Lol read the title of the thread, googled it and was able to determine legitimacy within 10 seconds.
Also kinda hoped this was true, I don't care for Adam Sandler. You can't troll me, I'm the gingerbread man!
What gives with this hoax stuff?Practical jokes and Punked incidents are cute and all but I don't see what these people get out of faking their deaths.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) Adam Sandler is not dead in a snowboard accident in the Zermatt Ski Resort. Adam Sandler did not die today, but he is the subject of the same fake death report that struck Jim Carrey only fourteen days ago. Exactly two weeks to the day, a fake death report claimed that Jim Carrey died in a snowboarding accident. Now, Carreys name has been swapped out and replaced with Adam Sandler, with virtually the same fabricated storyline.
On June 10, 2010, Russell Crowe was the subject of a fake skiing accident story. At the time, the fake report claimed Crowe died in Kitzbühel, Austria, in the Hahnenkamm mountain between Hahnenkamm (5616 ft., 1712 m) and Kitzbühler Horn (6548 ft., 1996 m).
On March 2, 2011, the story was back, with a different mountain and a different actor.This time Carrey was falsely reported to have died in a snowboarding accident, only twenty-four hours after John Cena battled fake death reports of his own.
