wow-he was a bruiser! what a beauty. im sorry for your losses here lately. have you checked you tap water? maybe there is something off with it if youve had so many deaths.. thats a little unsettling.

i wouldnt be so quick to go buy anything until you can figure out what is going on.. thats scary! i know how you feel about getting a replacement.. i had a dalmatian that passed away, and i cant even look at one without hurting still, and will probably never own one again.

just give yourself time..
 
just read some of your posts about chemicals by the water treatment plant.. thats absolutely horrible! it seems you have it all under control now.. hopefully no more deaths!

It was my water treatment company that added a ton of chemicals...

All tanks that had a problem have been broke down completely cleaned and are set back up and re cycling as I type.....Gonna buy some new stock soon and take a different direction in my fish keeping.....I'm gonna simplitfy everything instead of the normal extremely overcrowded setup's that I usually run.....
