2 division world champ Diego Corrales was killed in a motorcycle accident May 7th in Las Vegas.

Guy was only 29. Not a big follower of boxing but what I've seen of his fights he's impressed me. Really hope alcohol wasn't involved

I just can't believe this. I love chico. And he was a happy go lucky guy, not an unhappy guy with a deathwish. He was too fearless for his own good.

He is perhaps the single bravest fighter I have ever seen, and that includes Duran, Robinson, Armstrong, everyone. Certainly he was the purest warrior in the sport of the modern era.

The first fight with Castillo was one of the single greatest fights ever. And that win is really testament to his courage and balls alone.

He was one of the fighters that inspired me to start boxing as a teenager.
