i actually saw a veil tail albino oscar i think thats what its called. but an oscar is an oscar. it just caught my eye and i found them for the first time earlier this week for about 12 bucks i think is a steal

My condolences :( this reminds me of my oscar who died a few years ago :( best of luck with your new oscar hope you can start a new beginning he is in a better place RIP.

You see my avatar? that oscar was one of two fish I really cared for. After having to put him down, I've never been the same (fishkeeping wise). I feel ya.

Just make sure you disinfect tank, decor, filters, etc..... before you add another oscar. Best of luck.
 
Im sorry for your loss ! Losing a fish you have had for years waiting for you to feed them is always hard ! Truly they are just like dogs !

man sucks to lose a loved one for sure. that oscar in.your avatar looks beautiful too. it made me think many time if i should grab me another one and realized that its a pet that i MUST have.
